Feed your mind and feed the hungry all at the same time. The Free Rice website is a movement to “Rice Up” against world hunger. It also acts as a free online educational tool.
You can access a series of subjects to get quizzed on. From Humanities to Chemistry, Math to English. You can even use the site to prepare for the SATs.
For every correct answer, the site donates 10 grains of rice on your behalf. It might not seem like a lot, but it adds up.
The quizzes come in the form of multiple choice questions. It looks something like this:
And just like that, you not only make yourself a little bit smarter, but you also provide an answer to world hunger.
